Simply sign up for a membership! Once you have your membership you can email us anytime to request pricing and get items on order.

Can I return my purchase?

This depends on the manufacturer. Your quote will show return options. Items bought from a retailer (not custom) can be returned. Wholesale purchases that are not custom are subject to the manufacturer restocking fee. You can read more here

How do I purchase?

Email us photos and a description of the damage within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll send replacements immediately.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Once you have received your quote; review, and click the pay here button on your quote. Once payment has been received we will send you a confirmation including your order status.
